STATE: Texas

FACTS: At approximately 8:00 a.m., on November 26, 1997, Plaintiffs were in a vehicle traveling in a southerly direction on Blue Mound Road located in Fort Worth, Texas. While making a left turn onto Northwest Highway 287, both suffered injuries in a collision with a 1968 Chevrolet 6-wheel grain hauler truck, operated by Defendant.
