He has been selected by his peers to be included in the 2007 edition of the Best Lawyers of America®. In 2005, his jury verdict of 25 Million Dollars in a personal injury case in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania was recognized by The National Law Journal to be one of the Top 100 Verdicts in the United States that year. He was lead counsel in a groundbreaking national class action settlement which reimbursed union health and welfare funds, self-insured employers, and insurers ("third-party payors"), for losses caused by the withdrawal of Baycol® cholesterol medication.
