Biography

J.B. Dilsheimer is an associate with the law firm. He concentrates his practice in major, complex civil litigation. Mr. Dilsheimer has worked on the settlement and trial of several multi-million dollar cases and has a wide range of experience in cases involving defective products, construction accidents, FELA, premises liability, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, subrogation matters, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Dilsheimer's successful verdict in a Monroe County, PA jury trial was reported by The National Law Journal as one of the "Top PA Verdicts of 2010" in the January 2010 edition of VerdictSearch-National. The trial involved a head-on automobile accident.

His practice areas include personal injury, class action, mass tort, subrogation, and civil litigation. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1993 and the District of Columbia Bar in 1994. He was also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Dilsheimer is a graduate of Bowdoin College where he received his B.A. in English with honors in 1988 (magna cum laude). He received his law degree from Temple University School of Law in 1992 (magna cum laude).
