In re Pelvic Mesh/Gynecare Products Liability LitigationThe Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County, has designated Cohen, Placitella & Roth as the New Jersey liaison to act on behalf of all parties in the Johnson and Johnson Transvaginal Mesh Medical Device Litigation. This litigation involves the claims of hundreds of women throughout the country whose alleged injuries as a result of these transvaginal mesh and bladder sling devices include erosion, infection, pain, urinary problems, bleeding, vaginal scarring or shrinkage, pain during sexual intercourse, and recurrence of urinary problems or pelvic organ prolapse.
