Each case charges that the defendant sent faxes that advertised their products or services to class members, namely, persons or businesses within Pennsylvania, that did not consent before they received the fax, and did not have a prior relationship with the sender.

3. Investment Recovery Associates, Inc. t/a Copier Search;
4. National Business Information Center;
5. Household Health Care;
6. Global QA Corporation;
7. Lighting Kensington;
8. Saratoga Diagnostics; and
9. Zymetx, Inc.
