C/P/R Announces Jillian Smith Joins Firm as Associate Attorney

Cohen, Placitella & Roth is pleased to announce that Jillian Smith has joined the firm in September 2009 as an associate attorney.

Ms. Smith will be concentrating her practice on product liability, securities, antitrust, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters. Ms. Smith graduated the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of Science, Technology and Environmental Law. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Hon. Carol E. Higbee, P.J.Cv., for the Superior Court of New Jersey.
