U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers' "America's Best Law Firms" 2010 issue ranks Cohen, Placitella & Roth as one of the top law firms in Philadelphia and New Jersey for Personal Injury claims, and one of the top firms in the United Statesfor Class Actions and Mass Tort Litigation.

According to a press release issued by the U.S. News Media Group and Best Lawyers, the 2010 list represents the law firms who have "achieved a high ranking in a special distinction that signals a unique combination of excellence and breadth of expertise."

The U.S. News & World Report asked major clients and leading lawyers to rate the law firms they consider best in their practice area. In the end, over 9,500 clients --including every Fortune 100 company and over half of the Fortune 1000 companies-- provided nearly 200,000 evaluations.
