![]() Contact Mr. McMahon 127 Maple Avenue BiographyMichael E. McMahon is an associate with the firm. He primarily represents injured parties in complex civil litigation cases including product liability, asbestos litigation, and other civil litigation matters. Mr. McMahon earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary's College of Maryland in 1998. During law school, he served as Research Assistant to Professor Robert J. Martin, a sitting state senator at the time. After law school Mr. McMahon served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John J. Hughes in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Prior to joining Cohen, Placitella & Roth, Mr. McMahon focused his practice on complex commercial litigation section of a respected northern New Jersey law firm. He also served as Deputy Attorney General in the State of New Jersey Attorney General's Office in the Environmental Protection Group. |
