Biography

Rayna E. Kessler is an associate with the law firm and focuses her practice on product liability, catastrophic personal injury, medical device litigation, and pharmaceutical litigation. She joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Carol E. Higbee, P.J.Cv., one of three New Jersey judges assigned to the state's mass torts docket.

Ms. Kessler received her B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2005. She earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2010.

In law school, she interned for the Honorable Michael M. Baylson, Federal Judge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She was also selected for the Temple Law State Court Honors Internship Program, where she interned for the Honorable Marlene F. Lachman, Civil Trial Division Judge, Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.
